Zero Sushi set out to deliver restaurant quality Sushi at takeaway prices.
In 2015, brothers Jack and Louis, opened the first of their Zero Sushi Bars in Berkhamsted. They set out to deliver restaurant quality Sushi at takeaway prices. In order to achieve this, sourcing the best quality ingredients was imperative. Getting fish from celebrated suppliers and buying from independent day-boats is a huge factor behind their success. After building a strong reputation in Berkhamsted, the brothers decided it was time to add to the Zero family opening their second Sushi Bar in Harpenden. Soon two became three when they launched their most recent Sushi Bar in the historic market town of St Albans a stones throw from the Cathedral. With ambitious plans for the future, from the small seed that was sown in Berkhamsted, a Zero Sushi could be coming to a town near you very soon.
